WHO IS CAVANNA AIR CONSULTING?
Cavanna Air Consulting is a premium-level Airbnb management business owned and managed by Paul Cavanna, an experienced Airbnb Superhost, property manager and long-time customer service and hospitality expert. We have been supporting hosts to make the most from their properties for over 2 years.

Cavanna Air Consulting offers a wide range of services to new and experienced hosts. Whether you are looking to start your first listing and need help or advice, or you are a seasoned host looking to take a more hands-off approach, or just need support when you are on holiday we can help you!
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH YOU?
The short answer is no! We can become your official co-host of your listing, or you can pay a one-off fee, or set up a regular payment- everything is tailored and suited to you.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT TO LARGE AIRBNB MANAGEMENT COMPANIES?
Using an external business to manage your Airbnb listing should be looked at as an investment. We work on a 1-2-1 basis with our clients. We visit you at home, personally check your guests in and out, personally oversee the cleaning and turnover of your listings. Unlike large management businesses, we aim to meet your guests in person. (Keyboxes are great for storing an emergency set of keys and for check-in where social distancing is not possible) We talk them through your listing and local area, we make them feel at home, we make them feel welcome. You and your guests get a 5* service which means you get 5* reviews at check-out time.
This hands-on and more personal attention naturally requires more time investment, which costs more but the value of a 5* Superhost listing is priceless. We aim to earn you more money over time, ensuring you are priced correctly, with the appropriate guests who give you 5* reviews. If we manage your listing full-time we will aim for you to have Superhost status within 6 months of working together.
WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR FOR MY PROFILE AND LISTING?
We can do many things for your profile and listings depending on your needs. You can make us your primary co-host (your listings "appear" to belong to us, with our associated Superhost status) or you can make us a secondary co-host (your listings still appear as your own) or we can work incognito, without your guests knowing about our working relationship.
We have helped all our clients achieve Superhost status at the earliest opportunity in their hosting life and we can help you do the same.
If you are the owner of a current listing and your reviews are less than favourable, we can create a new listing for you and ensure it is top quality throughout.
